ABOUT THE PROJECT
This case study highlights the UX and brand transformation delivered for Forum Colorum, a Slovenian supplier of premium automotive paint materials and equipment with more than 30 years of industry experience. Forum Colorum partners with leading body shops and automotive manufacturers, providing high-quality coatings, tools, and technical support to professional paint and repair workshops.

INSIGHT
The engagement included a redesign of the corporate website and the development of a new brand identity to better reflect the company’s position and support its business goals.
The challenge
The legacy Forum Colorum website was not aligned with user needs or business objectives: it offered limited clarity on services and value, lacked support for mobile users, and did not provide an intuitive experience for prospective clients seeking solutions or information. Additionally, the existing visual identity was outdated and did not accurately reflect the company’s established reputation, expertise, and quality offering crucial elements for reinforcing credibility in a B2B-oriented industry where trust and professionalism directly impact purchasing decisions. These shortcomings hindered Forum Colorum’s ability to attract and engage new customers and support their sales process effectively.
Solution
To address these challenges, I designed a new brand identity that clearly communicates Forum Colorum’s values of quality, professionalism, and customer support, while ensuring flexibility and scalability for future brand extensions. The visual language was crafted to be modern and approachable yet rooted in industry professionalism, helping the company present a unified image across digital and offline touchpoints. Parallel to the brand work, I redesigned the website with a simplified user experience, structuring information around key user needs, emphasizing core offerings, and supporting the sales process with clear, actionable content. The new site delivers essential information efficiently, improves accessibility across devices, and creates stronger alignment between brand perception and business goals.
