The challenge

This project encompassed a complete overhaul of CyberGrid GmbH’s digital presence, including a full redesign of the corporate website and their flagship CyberNoc application, alongside the creation of a new and modern brand identity. CyberGrid operates cutting-edge flexibility management technology that enables aggregation and monetization of distributed energy resources and participation in multiple electricity markets.

Solution

To address these core challenges, I led a UX-driven redesign focusing on clarity, scalability, and business impact. The new website was purpose-built for lead generation, with clear messaging tailored to distinct target audiences and optimized user journeys that highlight CyberGrid’s value proposition. I developed a modern, scalable brand identity that elevates visual and verbal presence across touchpoints, reinforcing credibility and positioning CyberGrid as a forward-thinking technology leader. For the CyberNoc application, I designed and implemented a reusable design system that provides consistency across modules, improves usability, and accelerates future development cycles.
