Beterna

ABOUT THE PROJECT
This case study focuses on the website redesign for Beterna, a leading software and digital transformation company. Following the acquisition of Adacta, Beterna required a unified digital presence that would consolidate content from both brands into a cohesive, modern platform that supports business growth and showcases comprehensive solutions, products, industry expertise, and thought leadership. The project was executed within a tight timeline and aligned to broader brand strategy goals.

INSIGHT
The challenge
As a result of Beterna’s acquisition of Adacta, the company was faced with the complex task of merging two large websites — each with extensive content spanning solutions, product portfolios, industry pages, case studies, and blog content — into a single, unified website. This challenge was compounded by a very tight deadline of three months, requiring a highly efficient and strategic approach to content organization, UX design, and project execution. The consolidated platform also needed to represent the new combined brand identity while making the large volume of content easy to navigate and meaningful for a diverse set of users.
Solution
To address these challenges, I designed and delivered a new website that authentically reflects Beterna’s expanded brand identity while prioritizing usability and clarity. The site structure was strategically organized to guide users through the company’s value proposition, offerings, and expertise, with an emphasis on supporting the sales process by showcasing relevant solutions and industries clearly and intuitively. The user experience was redesigned to simplify navigation across an extensive content landscape, ensuring that visitors can efficiently find what they need without feeling overwhelmed. The visual design was created to feel modern and future-proof — striking a balance between sophistication and simplicity so that it remains fresh and adaptable over time.
